Robert Fry began his career in public accounting almost thirty years ago after
receiving his Master in Public Accounting (Taxation) from the
University of Texas at Austin. Since that time, he has focused his accounting
practice almost exclusively on tax issues affecting small companies and
individual income tax preparation and consulting.
In addition to his public
accounting experience, Robert has also served as Treasurer and Tax Manager for
several privately owned companies. He has sharpened his skills along the way by
teaching a course on oil & gas investments at Rice University’s continuing
education program as well as serving as an adjunct instructor for tax and
accounting courses at North Harris County’s college in the Woodlands.
Robert has made his home in Kingwood since 1985 and is married with three children. He is active in church and school activities and also served as a director for the Kingwood Place South water district prior to its annexation by the city of Houston. He also received a commission as a second lieutenant in the United States Army.
